Wedding DVD Packages

Belle Holliday Media Productions only takes on a limited number of weddings per year so that we can give the best possible service to our clients. 

Below you'll find details of our wedding video packages.  When booking your wedding videography, a $250 deposit is required.  Upon receipt of the deposit that day will then be exclusively reserved for you, effectively taking that day “off the market”. All reservation fees are non-refundable.

All DVD Packages include the following:

• Full HD 1080 cameras with on board RODE microphones for sound quality
  
• Sennheiser wireless lapel mic for the groom during ceremony for clarity of vows
• 2 x videographers to ensure we capture everything
• Soundtrack of your choice for the DVD
• DVD broken up into Chapters with Titles and Menus
  
• 4 copies of your DVD with personalised DVD label and DVD case cover design
• Highlights Video + Teasers during editing process uploaded to Vimeo to share with Family and Friends
• Wedding Credits with Childhood / Couple Together / Honeymoon Photographs to end (if provided)
• Extra Copies = $20 each

What you Get:

• Up to 12 hours attendance on the day (10am-10pm*)

• 1.5 hour + DVD covering the whole day 
• Highlights video as an option on the DVD
• Over 50 hours of digital editing

DVD Content:

1 and a half hour DVD of the WHOLE day including:

• Bride Getting Ready (Camera 1 at Bride’s House)

• Groom Getting Ready (Camera 2 at Grooms House)
• Bride Arrival
• Ceremony
• Signing Register
• Photo Session Montage 
• Guests arriving at reception 
• Bridal Party Entrance
• Reception Montage 
• Speeches 
• Cutting the Cake
• Bridal Waltz
• Bouquet Throw and Garter
• Dancing & Celebrations Montage

What you Get:

• Up to 10 hours attendance on the day (11.30am-9.30pm*)
• 1.5 hour + DVD covering the whole day
• Highlights video as an option on the DVD
• Over 50 hours of digital editing

Do we Travel?

ABSOLUTELY!
In order to keep our prices down, our wedding packages are priced to include travel within 1 hour distance from Newcastle.  

However, with some additional travel/accommodation expenses, we can also travel to areas located more than an hour from Newcastle within Australia, when you book our 'Grand Extravaganza' package. 

Travel fee is .45 per kilometre outside 60 klms from Newcastle plus 2 nights standard accommodation.

Mid-Week Weddings

Unfortunately, Belle Holliday Media Productions is not currently in the position to take on mid-week weddings due to full-time work commitments.  We can only film Saturday and Sunday weddings.
